Depending on availability, we can offer an early check-in for €20 per room.
Late check-in (after 10:00 PM) is possible — please contact us in advance.

Depending on availability, we can offer a late check-out for €20 per room — please contact us.
Complimentary water and coffee
Please help yourself to our complimentary water and coffee station on the ground floor.
Parking
Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces. There are two short-term parking spots in front of the hotel for loading and unloading.
The nearest and most affordable parking garage is just 400 meters away at Maxtorhof (Maxfeldstr. 5).
Cancellation / Prepayment
When booking directly through our website, you pay upon arrival.
Our rates are non-refundable.
Children and Beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that baby cots are only available on request prior to booking.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Parties
Parties and events are not permitted.
Small Print
A valid passport or national ID card must be presented at check-in.
We do not accept driver’s licenses or similar documents.
Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.
Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
